Reservation Agreement and Policies

 

Check-in: Check-in time is at 3:00PM.  Early check-in is not permitted unless Owner provides express permission to check-in early. If the previous night is not rented Owner may contact Guest and notify Guest that early check-in is allowed.

 

Check-out: Check-out time is at 10:00AM.  This is strictly enforced.  The cabins must be vacated so that they can be thoroughly cleaned for the next arriving guests.  Therefore, if Guest has not left the premises when the cleaning crew arrives, Guest will be charged a fee of $100.  If Guest’s late check-out prevents next arriving guest from checking in, then Guest will be charged for one additional night.  If Guest stays additional nights not booked through Owner, Guest will be charged at the full rate for each additional night. Late check-out may be permitted with the express permission of Owner.

 

Payment: Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Check or Money Order.

 

Down Payment: A $300 down payment will be required to hold the reservation. The down payment must be paid with credit card, and will be kept on file in case of any damages. The balance will be due two weeks prior to arrival. If reservation is made with less than two weeks prior to arrival, then full payment is due at reservation.

 

Balance Payment: Payment in full is required two weeks prior to Guests arrival at the Cabin.  Payments must be sent or initiated by Guest two weeks prior to arrival. Payments not received within one week of arrival will result on cancellation of Guest’s reservation and the down payment will be forfeited.

 

Cancellation/Refund: Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date will be given a full refund of down payment. Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be given a refund of down payment less $75 processing fee.  Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit the entire down payment amount.  No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early check-out.  Reschedules are permitted 30 or more days prior to scheduled arrival for a $25 processing fee for each change.  Reschedules less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to $75 processing fee per change.

 

Confirmation: Upon receipt of down payment, Owner will send confirmation and reservation agreement to Guest via e-mail, mail or fax.  Guest must review confirmation for accuracy and notify Owner of any discrepancies. If Guest finds the confirmation satisfactory, Guest signs and returns rental agreement either by mail or fax (703-562-0840). The reservation is not complete until Owner receives both the down payment and signed rental agreement.

 

Furnishings and Equipment:  All furnishing and equipment are inspected prior to Guest’s arrival.  However it is possible that equipment may malfunction during Guest’s stay.  Guest is to notify owner at 1-877-497-9272 if any malfunctioning equipment is found.  Owner will make best effort to repair any damaged or malfunctioning furnishings or equipment during Guest’s stay, however, refunds will not be given for any reason because of equipment malfunction.

 

Damages: Guest's credit card will be charged repair/replacement cost for any damages made to the property.  If Guest finds damages upon arrival Guest should notify Owner immediately at 1-877-497-9272.

 

Hot Tub:  A hot tub is provided for Guest(s). However a hot tub is not safe for all Guest(s), such as pregnant women and small children. A warning sign is posted near the hot tub and must be obeyed. The hot tub is cleaned prior to Guest’s arrival. No soaps or oils are to be used in the hot tub, and if extra cleaning is needed after Guest’s departure, Guest will be charged $100 for extra cleaning.

 

Pets/Smoking: No pets are allowed in the cabin, other than service animals.  No smoking is permitted in the Cabin.  Smoking is only permitted outside.


Supplies: The Cabin is provided with a supply of bed linens, towels, pillows, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.  These items will not be re-supplied during your stay.

 

Maid Service: There is no maid service during your stay.  The Cabin is cleaned before your arrival and stocked with supplies.

 

Occupancy: Guest understands that the Rental Cabin is to be rented to responsible adults age 25 and older.  Guest understands that occupancy is limited to Six persons.  Guest is responsible for the actions in Guest’s party and all persons allowed into the Rental Cabin.
